An Indonesian Child Becomes Ronaldo's Companion In The Portugal Vs Ghana Match

JAKARTA - A boy from Indonesia is a companion or anchor player for Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of the start of the 2022 World Cup Group H preliminary match between Portugal and Ghana at Stadium 974, Doha, Qatar, Thursday night WIB.

This was revealed by the Acting Social and Cultural Affairs Function of the Indonesian Embassy in Doha, Ali Murtado, on Friday, who said that Ronaldo's companion boy was named Ulul Albab El Ibrahim.

"Player export is Ronaldo's son of Indonesia. His name is Ulul Albab El Ibrahim," he said.

The photo of Ulul Albab El Ibrahim with Ronaldo when he entered the field was uploaded by the superstar on his personal Instagram account @cristiano just moments after the 37-year-old footballer helped Portugal win 3-2 over Ghana while breaking the record as the first player to score in five World Cup finals. The story of Ulul Albab El Ibrahim was also uploaded by the official Indonesian Embassy Doha Instagram account, which further revealed his profile.

The boy who is familiarly called Brow is a 5th grader at Al Khor International School (AKIS).

Brow is the son of Budi Prasetyo from Sukoharjo and Avida Prasetyo from Madiun who now lives in Qatar. Brow's parents are known to work in Qatar Gas.

Brow is said to like football and is currently joining Al Khor Football Community Junior, where dozens of Indonesian children practice there.

Brow is not the only Indonesian representative at the 2022 World Cup, because there are many diaspora residents who take part as volunteers at various points for organizing the most prestigious soccer tournament.
