JAKARTA - Southeast Asia-based ERP solution company HashMicro has proven its existence in the technology industry's battle, and has been named a major player in ERP's supply in the Asia Pacific region by Allied Market Research.

In general, the bigger a company is, the higher its valuation, the more there will be a decline in the R&D index. However, this does not apply to HashMicro.

"HashMicro, since its establishment in 2015 in Singapore, prioritizes R&D to ensure products according to market needs. Until now the intensity has not changed and management has always allocated a minimum of 30 percent of the company's monthly income to ensure the R&D index remains good," said Lusiana in a written statement, quoted Tuesday, November 22.

As a result, HashMicro was able to outperform competitors because the features presented were more in line with the needs of his client's company and followed trends in related industries.

Furthermore, another thing that makes HashMicro superior to other ERP providers is that HashMicro has applied the principle of hyper localization. Usually, other ERP companies, especially those from Europe and America, tend to maintain systems that are still rigid and complex, which in fact are made for companies in the country.

"As a result, Asian companies that tend to have different characteristics, are difficult to fit in system use," explained Lusiana.

HashMicro is here to simplify business processes with localized features, an easy-to-understand system display even without deep IT knowledge, implementation of local government regulations, and integration with government agencies for reporting.

In the third indicator of the product provided, HashMicro also provides more diverse products in various industrial disciplines than other companies that are also engaged in the same field.

"The ERP system that claims one-size-fits-all is not necessarily ideal, especially for large companies that require great efforts to change business processes and adapt to the system," he added.

Lastly, Lusiana Lu said that, the key to HashMicro's success as an emerging giant giant in Asia Pacific is well managed human resources. Unlike other IT companies that are identical to investors and fuel money, HashMicro has no burden on sharing its profits quickly, so the company can focus on sustainable development and never through extreme pivoting.

"Although technology companies are generally required to be fast-paced, HashMicro continues to implement SOPs and development plans that are organized in its management. In addition to working on projects, employees have room to develop themselves and be facilitated by the company," concluded Lusiana.

After more than seven years of existence, HashMicro now has several operational offices and development centers in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and India. In the near future, the company will also start operating in the Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand.
