The Habit Of Lukas Enembe Traveling Using Private Jets Researched By KPK Investigators
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has examined the President Director of PT Rio De Gabriello or Round De Globe, Gibrael Issak on Monday, November 21. Investigators are investigating the habit of Papua Governor Lukas Enembe traveling on a private plane.
"Located at the KPK's Red and White Building, the investigation team has finished examining witnesses," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Tuesday, November 22.
Ali said, Gibrael was investigated regarding the rental and use of private jets. However, he did not specify how much it would cost on a single flight by Lukas.
"The witness was present and his knowledge was investigated, among others, related to the alleged rental and use of private jets by suspect LE," he said.
Actually, the KPK will also examine five other witnesses. However, Ali said they were not present and would be rescheduled.
The witnesses who were not present included a private person named Ng Hok Lam; car trader, Daniel Christian Levi; ATM maintenance Advantage employee, Muhammad Chusnul Khuluqi; Director of PT Rinaldi Acbasindo-Sea Transportation Services, Teuku Hamzah Husen; and a housewife Tika Putri Ardiani.
"The investigative team immediately rescheduled and recalled the witnesses and the KPK reminded them to be cooperative in attending," he said.
As previously reported, Lukas Enembe has been named a suspect in alleged corruption by the KPK. He was then questioned by the KPK on Thursday, November 3 in Jayapura.
At that time, the KPK team consisting of independent doctors and investigators were present led by KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri. Arriving in Jayapura, Firli also had a chance to talk with Lukas.
During the conversation, Firli asked about Lukas' condition and spoke for about 15 minutes. Even so, Lukas' examination did not last long because he was sick.
