The Process Of Investigating Formula E Is Still Ongoing, KPK: Case Titles Can Be Held Many Times

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said the investigation into alleged corruption in the implementation of Formula E in DKI Jakarta is still ongoing. Case title or exposure is said to be done many times.

"So far, the KPK is still in the process of being investigated. Analysis of information from related parties. The title of the case is in determining whether the case can go up to investigation not only once but can be done many times," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to VOI, Tuesday, November 22.

Ali said that the case title of many times could be carried out at the level of the task force that handled it to the leadership. "So yesterday, it was wrong for yesterday's final at the leadership," he said.

"Because the exposure at the (level, red) leadership can repeat itself to convey developments," continued Ali.

Ali ensured that this investigation would continue. The allegation of corruption in the Formula E case will be investigated until it is clear until it gets legal certainty.

"For this we make sure that it continues to be discussed at the task force and deputy level. Even if the leadership is scheduled to find out (development, ed) at the investigation level, it will also be scheduled (case title, ed)," he said.

As previously reported, the KPK confirmed that it was investigating allegations of corruption in the Formula E racing event in DKI Jakarta. There are several parties who have been summoned, one of which is former DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan on Wednesday, September 7.

Apart from Anies, a number of parties have also been summoned for wisdom. One of them, the Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Prasetyo Edy Marsudi, admitted that he explained about the loan of Rp180 billion by the DKI Jakarta Dispora to pay the commitment fee to Formula E Operations (FEO).
