Witness Calls 3 Days After Brigadier J Dies There Is A Fund Flow Of IDR 200 Million To Bripka RR
JAKARTA - Bank BNI Cibinong employee, Anita Amalia said there was a transaction of Rp. 200 million from Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J's account to the defendant Ricky Rizal or Bripka RR.
This was said by Anita Amalia when presented by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) as a witness in the murder case of Brigadier J with the defendants Bripka RR, Bharada Richard totaling or Bharada E, and Strong Ma'ruf.
Anita's testimony began when the panel of judges questioned what she knew about the series of murder cases of Brigadier J.
The witness said that investigators had examined the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police. Then, open customer data, especially Ricky Rizal, regarding transactions.
"When I was BAP, I was given the power to open the customer data of Ricky Rizal's brother," Anita said during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, November 21.
From the data or checking accounts, Anita continued, it was known that there was a transfer of money from an account in the name of Brigadier J to Bripka RR. In fact, the amount reached Rp. 200 million.
Then, two times and it happened on July 11 or exactly three days after Brigadier J died at Ferdy Sambo's official residence.
"Has there been a transfer of accounts in the name of Yosua to the defendant RR in number?" asked the judge
"Rp. 100 million twice is a total of 200 million," Anita replied.
Hearing this answer, the judge began to search for Bripka RR's transaction activities. However, Anita said there was no more remittances other than the Rp200 million.
"Alain uang Rp200 juta yang masuk ke RR, ada uang ada lagi tanggal 8 ke atas?" tanya haki.
"The incoming money is no longer there," said Anita.
For information, in this case, Ricky Rizal, Richard Elierzer, and Strong Ma'ruf are defendants in the murder case of Brigadier J. Thus, they are charged with Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1).
