Cannabis Dealer, A Resident Of Cijaku Subdistrict, Was Arrested By The Narcotics Unit Of The Lebak Police
Circulating marijuana-type narcotics, a resident of Cijaku District, Lebak Regency, managed to pick up the Lebak Police Narcotics Investigation Unit (Satresnarkoba) along with evidence. Lebak Police Chief AKBP Wiwin Setiawan through the Head of Drug Investigation Unit AKP Malik Abraham confirmed that he had arrested the perpetrator suspected of being a marijuana-type drug dealer.
"The perpetrator MS (36) was arrested by the Narcotics Unit of the Lebak Police on Saturday (November 5) at around 13.00 in Cisiih Village, Situregen Village, Panggarangan District, Lebak Regency," Malik said in his statement, Friday, November 18.
After a search was carried out, officers managed to find evidence of a number of drugs ready to be circulated.
"From the hands of the perpetrators, the officers managed to secure evidence in the form of 10 packs of brown paper containing marijuana with a gross weight of 33.00 grams and 1 unit of blue Redmi brand cellphone," said Malik.
"Officers are still developing the case to reveal other perpetrators and the network," said Malik.
For his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 114 paragraph 1 Jo 111 paragraph 1 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics with a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
