JAKARTA - Women's singles Gregoria Mariska Tunjung and the pair Dejan Ferdinansyah/Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja qualified for the semifinals of the Australian Open 2022. However, the ticket was not easily achieved.
Gregoria and Dejan/Gloria both had to have a three-game match to beat their opponents at the Quay Center, Sydney, Friday, November 18, 2022.
Dejan/Gloria first confirmed tickets after defeating Japan's seventh seed Yuki Kaneko/Misaki Matsutomo. Had fallen behind 20-22 in the first game, they got up to win the next two games, 21-19, and 21-17.
