At Monas, The DKI Provincial Government Removed 14,447 Bottles Of Alcoholic Drinks: There Is A Rajawali Brand To Parents

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government destroyed 14,447 alcoholic beverages using fan trucks at the Southeast side National Monument Cross this morning.

The destroyed liquor was confiscated from illegal selling places or alcoholic beverage traders who were not in accordance with applicable regulations (illegal/without permits), as well as mixed alcoholic beverages.

Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta, Heru Budi Hartono revealed that the destruction of alcoholic beverages was the result of patrols with the Satpol PP, TNI and POLRI, as well as public complaints.

"Today, as reported by Mr. Kasatpol PP earlier, 14,447 bottles have been issued. Of course, on behalf of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, I would like to thank the ranks of the Regional Police, Kodam, and the District Court who have jointly enforced the law related to alcoholic beverages without permission," said Heru in the Monas area, Friday, November 18.

Meanwhile, the Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Satpol PP, M. Arifin, emphasized that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has narrowed the space for the circulation of illegal alcoholic beverages in the Jakarta area.

He reminded that illegal and mixed alcoholic beverage traders will be subject to strict sanctions or minor crimes (tipiring), both imprisonment and fines which will later be stipulated in court decisions.

"Our operation to take action against alcoholic drinks is for those who make sales without a permit as stipulated in the regulations," explained Syafrin.

"So that they are illegal without permission, we carry out confiscation measures and continue today destroyed. Meanwhile, the circulation of alcoholic drinks that have a complete document permit is fulfilled, so it is allowed," he continued.

For the record, the results of the operation to control alcoholic beverages during 2021 are 14,447 bottles consisting of various brands such astensil, Mension, Wine, Orang Tua, Rajawali.
