Husband Who Bends His Wife's Neck Because He Is Accused Of Having Cheated Has Been Arrested, The Perpetrator Turns Out To Often Commit Violence

TANGERANG The husband who had the heart to persecute his wife in Cisauk Tangerang was finally arrested by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cisauk Police. After undergoing an examination, it was discovered that the perpetrator with the initials TW (43) often committed physical violence against his wife, KY (44).

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cisauk Police, Iptu Margana, said that from the results of the examination, the perpetrator said that he had mistreated his wife dozens of times.

"It turns out that this perpetrator has done this act more than once. It's been dozens of times," Margana said when confirmed, Thursday, November 17.

Margana said that when the perpetrator blindly beat him, his wife tried to escape, but the perpetrator chased the victim with a machete.

"He was beaten, hit, hit, the victim ran out of the house to save himself, chased with a machete," he said.

The victim tried to run away and asked his neighbor for help.

"Then he (the victim) hid, then was rescued by his neighbor," he concluded.

Previously, it was reported that TW committed violence against his betel wife, KY, on Sunday, November 13. The action went viral on social media.

Feeling accused, continued Sarly, the wife of the perpetrator accused her husband of having an affair outside. A verbal altercation ensued until finally there was persecution.

"About the suspicion of infidelity and accusing each other," he said.

To note, the perpetrator and victim apparently did not register their marriage, the article imposed on Article 351 of the Criminal Code.

"But we will develop again whether the marriage is not recorded, whether it can be included in Article 44 of domestic violence or not," he concluded.
