Transformation Of Conor McGregor's Body In Disarray, Dana White Pede The Referee To UFC Next Year
JAKARTA UFC president Dana White believes Conor McGregor will definitely want to fight again in the octagon next year.
McGregor has been out of the UFC for the past 16 months after suffering a terrible broken leg in his last fight against Dustin Poirier in July 2021 in Las Vegas, United States.
Now the 34-year-old Irish fighter is recovering from injury. He is also in a very good condition considering that during the absence he continues to prepare himself for a comeback.
McGregor often uploads his preparations on social media that make body transformation even more terrible. This makes Dana White even more convinced that McGregor is ready to return next year.
"He uploaded a video while he was training and he had just finished filming a film. He definitely wants to come back next year," said Dana White, reported by The Sun, November 17, 2022.
White's comments came after McGregor uploaded the latest photo on Wednesday, November 16, yesterday. The photo indicates he will return to the UFC soon.
Pay attention and see what you can see. Leave comments and mark your friends. Mac (McGregor) has returned with the knowledge of defense and attack," McGregor wrote in the caption of the photo showing himself training.
The former two-division champion has also previously targeted to return to action early next year. However, to ensure whether McGregor can fight or not, he will have to undergo a doping test at the UFC Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) pool for six months, unless privileged by UFC officials.
"I'll be back soon. Hopefully. I'll target early 2023. One day in the first quarter. It will give me a few good months (to prepare)," he said.
