Reflecting On Semarang, The Vice President Is Scheduled To Open The 20 Halal Forum
JAKARTA - Vice President (Vice President) Ma'ruf Amin is scheduled to inaugurate the opening of the 20 (H20) Halal Forum in Semarang, Central Java. The event was initiated by the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH) of the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag).
The activity, which took place on November 17, 2022, was part of the G20 Presidency.
The Vice President and Mrs. Wury Amin and a limited entourage departed for a flight from the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, Jakarta, Thursday, November 17, at around 11.30 WIB.
After arriving at the Ahmad Yani Army Air Base, Semarang, using the Vice President's group car, they will go straight to attend the opening of the H20 Forum at the Padma Hotel, Candisari.
In the event, based on Antara's report, it was planned that there would be a memorandum of understanding or MoU between BPJPH and the Turkish Helal Accreditasyon Kurumu (HAK), Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and national institutions.
HAK and SFDA are institutions that have the authority to issue halal certification, such as the Ministry of Religion's Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH).
On the 2nd day of the visit to Semarang, the Vice President is scheduled to review MSMEs at the Semarang 16 Batik Studio located in Tembalang.
Before returning to Jakarta on Friday 18 November at 14.00 WIB, the Vice President and his entourage are scheduled to carry out Friday prayers at the Great Mosque of Central Java located in Gayamsari, Semarang.
The MAJT, apart from being used as a place of worship, has also become a religious tourist attraction. One of the attractions of this mosque is the fire area equipped with six automatic electronic umbrellas such as at the Prophet's Mosque, Saudi Arabia.
Also accompanying the Vice President on a working visit to Semarang, namely the Head of the Secretariat of Vice President Ahmad Erani Yustika, Deputy for Economic Development Policy Support and Competitiveness Improvement of Guntur Iman Nefianto.
Furthermore, the Vice President's Special Staff for Communication and Information Masduki Baidlowi, the Vice President's Special Staff for Economics and Finance Lukmanul Hakim and the Vice President's Special Staff for Infrastructure and Investment, Mr. Sukriansyah S. Latief.
