Opera Present TikTok In Perambang, Hope Chrome Usersrik

JAKARTA - Opera, Chrome's competitor browser, has brought the social network back into its browser. This time the most popular platform that got its turn, TikTok.

The company has updated its desktop browser with fast access to TikTok via its cycle. This new capability ultimately gives users access to the TikTok web version.

This helps if users want to check their feed quickly at work or upload edited videos from their computer.

The presence of TikTok also combines fast access to Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp. Users also have access to media player cycles with access to services such as Apple Music and Spotify.

Opera is a web app, but the company clearly hopes to attract users who prefer not to run the original separate app or change their browser tabs.

The TikTok feature is ultimately an extension of a known strategy. Like its game browser and crypto, Opera hopes to bring down the Chrome and Safari markets by integrating useful services into its clients.

Launching Engadget, Wednesday, November 16, it is uncertain how well the addition of social media works for the company's profits.

According to StatCounter, Opera has gained market share in recent years, up from just under 2.3 percent in October 2019 to nearly 3.6 percent three years later.

Unfortunately, that figure remains far fifth and is more competitive with Firefox by more than 7 percent of the market share, while from Chrome 66.5 percent. Seeing this, Opera is more of an option for those who are bored with what Apple, Google and Microsoft have to offer.
