This Is The Right Way And Time To Turn Off Your Find My IPhone Feature

Apple's smartphone, the iPhone, is popular because it is a device with a compact and space-saving design. But this is what worries every user the most, although the software is known to be safe, not in its physical way that is easily left behind or stolen.

That's why Apple created a feature called Find My iPhone or Find My iPhone, allowing you to track missing iPhones and other devices in and out of Apple's ecosystem.

If you tend to misplace the device, it's best to stick to the Find My iPhone settings, but there's a time when you have to turn it off.

The most common is when you sell, trade, or say goodbye to your iPhone, which you might do if you get a new phone.

Turn off Find My iPhone will remove the phone from the list of devices associated with your account and prevent new owners from accessing information about you.

According to the Apple Support page, you should also turn off this feature if you fix your iPhone. Fortunately, Apple made it easy to turn off the Find My iPhone feature.

Even so, the method varies depending on the operating system you use, look at the steps below quoted from CNET, Monday, November 14.
