The Indonesian Football Transformation Task Force Has Formulated The SOP Finalization, It Will Be Immediately Reported To President Jokowi

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Football Transformation Task Force (Satgas) led by PSSI General Chair Mochamad Iriawan will report the results of their work to President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) in the near future. The team has reported an initial report regarding the finalization of the regulations and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

The formulation contains an action plan that has been carried out and will be carried out by the Ministry/Institutions involved and are part of the Task Force.

"Intensive communication and coordination have formulated several points of initial report which we will then report to the honorable Mr. President Joko Widodo," said Iriawan as quoted on PSSI's official website, Monday, November 14, 2022.

The Task Force held their first meeting on October 21, 2022. Since then the team initiated by FIFA and the Indonesian government has worked and synchronized in various lines.

The goal is to fix national football governance. Among them are efforts to eliminate applicable laws and regulations with sports regulatory standards to issue regulatory guidelines issued from related agencies.

Later, things will be included in the initial report of the Indonesian football transformation task force which will be explained based on the results of the action plan carried out by each Ministry/Institution.

"The action plan that has been carried out and is the result of the formation of this task force will not stop here. The results that will be reported to the President will then be monitored thoroughly in its implementation," said Iriawan.

Iriawan added that in the initial report, several important points have also been included regarding the continuation of the stadium infrastructure study which continues to be carried out by the Ministry of PUPR.

In addition, the issuance of the Indonesian National Police Regulation regarding security ranging from pre-security activities to post-activity. Then there is also the preparation of a draft preparedness for emergency medical services.

"PSSI will certainly improve communication and coordination with existing Ministries/Institutions so that miscommunication does not occur that can harm parties and spectators," he said.
