Police Wait For The Results Of The Forensic Laboratory Determine The Cause Of Fire At Bandung City Hall
The Bandung Police are still waiting for the results of an examination from the Forensic Laboratory Center of the National Police Headquarters to determine the cause of the Bappelitbang Building fire at the Bandung City Hall Complex, West Java, Monday, November 7 yesterday.
Head of Public Relations of the Bandung Polrestabes AKP Rose said personnel from the National Police Forensic Laboratory had completed the crime scene (TKP) at the location of the fire. So the analysis from the National Police Laboratory is still awaited for investigation material. "The crime scene has been completed, we are just waiting for the analysis process, what the results will be, later it will be submitted," said Rose, at the Bandung Police Headquarters, Monday, November 14, as reported by Antara. The team from the National Police Headquarters Puslabfor is still analyzing samples taken from the location of the fire after coordinating with the Bandung Police.
Previously, a fire at Bandung City Hall occurred on Monday (7/11) at around 10.30 WIB. The fire scorched the Bandung City Planning, Development, and Development Agency (Bappelitbang) building north of City Hall, or on Jalan Aceh. the fire did not last long, because personnel from the Bandung City Fire and Disaster Management Service (Diskar PB) managed to extinguish the fire within about three hours. In addition, the Bandung Polrestabes secured a project worker who was during the fire. Then the police have examined six witnesses related to the fire of the government building. Bandung City government ensures that public services continue to run normally after the fire. Now the Bandung Bappelitbang Office is planned to be temporarily transferred to the former official residence of the Bandung City DPRD.
