LUWU UTARA - Police are investigating the terror against volunteer candidates for regent of North Luwu, South Sulawesi (Sulsel) who are also incumbents, Indah Putri Indriani. 2 volunteer cars, there was also a terror that targeted Indah's volunteer house.
This terror occurred on Friday, December 11 in the morning in Patoloan Village, Bone-bone District, North Luwu Regency. Police investigated this terror.
"At around 02.00 WITA, there was the burning of 1 house and 2 cars by an unknown person," said Head of Public Relations of North Luwu Police, Iptu Abdul Latif, contacted by VOI, Friday, December 11.
The locations of terror were at three points at almost the same time. The victim with the initials P (55) suffered a loss because his car was burned by an unknown person.
"Victim F (56) lost a unit of a white Toyota Avanza on fire," said Iptu Abdul Latif, calling the second victim of terror.
Meanwhile, victim M (45) was terrorized by throwing objects so that the canopy roof of the house terrace caught fire.
"The current action taken by the police is to visit the TKP (scene of the case), look for evidence, collect witness testimony," said Iptu Abdul Latif.
For this incident, the incumbent regent candidate for North Luwu Indah Putri Indriani condemned the terror against her volunteers.
"I think the stages are over, just waiting for the official results from the KPU. But apparently there are parties who are not satisfied and use disgraceful methods, they commit violence and terror by attacking and burning. BISA (with Indah Suaib) volunteers who targeted, "said Indah.
Indah urged the police to thoroughly investigate the brains behind the terror of burning the car that befell her volunteers.
"Really, this is an outrageous act, I ask the security forces to be thoroughly investigated. The police must immediately arrest the perpetrator and the mastermind behind it, so that a similar or more recurring incident," continued Indah.
