JAKARTA - Ganjar Pranowo could not hide his joy at being on the same stage with Iwan Fals, his idol since childhood.

There is a special impression that the Governor of Central Java can sing with Iwan Fals. According to him, Iwan is a musician he has admired since childhood.

"I have been an admirer of Mas Iwan since I was a child. Every time he goes to a concert, I sell kathok (selling pants) so I can watch the concert," said Ganjar in a statement from the provincial government, Monday, November 14.

Iwan was lined up to close the Borobudur Marathon event at Taman Lumbini Borobudur Temple complex. Iwan Fals managed to seduce the participants with his charming songs; Hio, Bento, and Kemesraan songs.

Ganjar said that the Borobudur Marathon event this time was a success. Participants and the community were so enthusiastic about participating in the annual event.
