Waskita Karya Targets New Contracts Until The End Of Year Membuses Rp25 Trillion
JAKARTA - PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) targets to obtain a new contract by the end of the year worth IDR 25 trillion. Currently, the new contract that Waskita Karya has obtained is worth IDR 13.3 trillion.
"So until this November mid-November we have succeeded in obtaining a new contract of Rp. 13.3 trillion. In the remaining 1.5 months, we are optimistic that we can reach the level of Rp. 25 trillion," said Waskita Karya's Director of Business Development, Septiawan Andri Purwanto in a virtual press conference, Monday, November 14.
In the last three months, said Septiawan, the largest new contract that the issuer with the stock code WSKT has obtained is the State Secretariat building project in IKN worth IDR 1.27 trillion.
Then, the IKN Tempadung-Jembatan Toll Road on Balang Island is worth IDR 990.21 billion. Then, the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road worth IDR 905 billion.
Furthermore, the civil work package project for mining areas in NTB is worth Rp252.53 billion. Then, the Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital Jakarta project worth Rp227.03 billion and the Ring Road IKN project worth Rp114.64 billion.
Septiawan said, projects that in the tender process have a winning rate of 26-30 percent. Through the project in this process, Septiawan stated that Waskita Karya is targeting a new contract worth IDR 6 trillion.
"Besides that, there are still projects from the development of an internal business of IDR 1.5 trillion, approximately those that are also in process and the rest we expect contracts from abroad," he said.
Septiawan is optimistic that with the projects that are still in the tender process, Waskita Karya can achieve the contract value targeted this year.
"Until the end of the year, we are optimistic that we will get a new contract of around Rp. 24 to Rp. 25 trillion," he said.
