The Public Prosecutor Prepared 68 Witnesses At The Boymin Indictment Session, A Member Of The Bima DPRD Who Was Involved In The Corruption Of The PKBM Program
MATARAM - The public prosecutor prepared 68 witnesses who will be present at the trial of the alleged corruption in the 2017-2019 Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) program with the defendant a member of the Bima Regency DPRD, Boymin.Suryo Dwiguno, who represented the public prosecutor team from the Bima Kejari, conveyed this after reading the indictment belonging to the defendant Boymin in the agenda of the inaugural trial at the Mataram Corruption Crime District Court, Friday, November 11."In accordance with the indictment, we will present 68 witnesses at this noble trial," Suryo said before the panel of judges chaired by Mukhlassudin with members I Ketut Somanasa and Fadhli Hanra as quoted by Antara.Hearing such statements, the judge gave the public prosecutor the opportunity to present witnesses in a five-time trial agenda.The public prosecutor conveyed the number of witnesses who will attend during this trial after hearing the response of the defendant Boymin through a legal advisor who stated that he accepted all charges.In the indictment, Boymin was charged with primary and subsidiary charges. For the primary charge, Boymin was charged with Article 2 paragraph (1) junto Article 18 paragraph (1) letters a and b, paragraph (2), paragraph (3) of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law no. 20 of 2001 jo. Article 65 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.Meanwhile, in the Boymin subsidiary indictment, he was charged with Article 3 paragraph (1) junto Article 18 paragraph (1) letters a and b, paragraph (2), paragraph (3) of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law no. 20 of 2001 jo. Article 65 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.In the description of the indictment, it was stated that Boymin in this case acted as Chairman of the PKBM Management Karoko Mas located in Nanga Wera Hamlet, Wera District, Bima Regency.The management of funds under the responsibility of Boymin collected as many as 639 recipients. This number was recorded in the three-year period from 2017 to 2019.In the management of these funds, the state loss figure appears based on the results of an audit by the NTB Representative Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP).The value of state losses is at least IDR 862 million from the total budget management for the three-year period of IDR 1.044 billion sourced from Education Operational Assistance (BOP).
