Now There Are Two Types Of Blue Checks On Twitter, Here's How To Check!
JAKARTA - The account verification drama on Twitter after being taken over by Elon Musk is still busy being a byword. Many pros and cons when Musk charges $8 (IDR 125 thousand) per month to Twitter Blue users to get a blue tick on his account.
Starting November 10, Twitter Blue's subscription to verify accounts and get a blue tick is already in effect in the United States, but it's not available to Android users.
Still in Twitter's blue tick drama, an actor in the country, Dennis Adhiswara recently discovered that now, there are two types of blue ticks on Twitter, namely paid and unpaid.

"There are 2 types of blue ticks on Twitter: paid and unpaid. How to see the difference, just click the check, then information like this will appear," Dennis wrote while sharing screenshots of blue tick differences on two different accounts.
According to VOI monitoring, you can see the difference in blue ticks on a person's account by simply clicking on the blue tick, and then showing account information.
If the account has a blue tick because it subscribes to Twitter Blue, then you will find the caption "This account is verified because it has subscribed to Twitter Blue".
Meanwhile, if the blue tick appears not because of a blue Twitter subscription, then you will find a statement "This account is verified because it is a leading account in the category of government, news, entertainment, or certain other categories".
The discovery of the difference in blue ticks on Twitter was then responded to by many other users. A user with the @relatifpunk account said: "Nice info Mas Dennis, so you know who bought the tick. Btw this is your favorite account, bro. Tony Ragil is the holder of used books."
"Does that mean if the blue tick subscribe is 2? Is that right?" wrote the account @mahardikayusuff who is also an actor from the soap opera "Si Madun".
In fact, another Twitter user feels that this Twitter policy will soon change. "This may also be revised, right now the concept likes Elon wkwk," wrote @xdyrarara.
