Never Wear Your Panties To The Gym, Mattos Grasi: More Comfortable
JAKARTA - Grasi Mattos (24) shares tips so that women can be more comfortable at the gym. The Instagram model claims she has never worn underwear.
Not without reason. In fact, Clemency believes that women should not wear underwear or bras during training.
"Exercising without underwear is much more comfortable because it allows you to have one layer of clothing," said Clemency as quoted by the Daily Star, Thursday, December 10.
"It also prevents you from experiencing friction irritation with the fabric."
Not only that, the model also suggested choosing the right pants for training. It shouldn't be too thin, to block dirt. And also not to let the buttocks show.
"Some people will say that it's unhygienic. But no, there's nothing dirty about not wearing anything under your pants. Make sure to follow good hygiene practices."
This beautiful model who lives in Lisbon, Portugal, revealed that to lose 8,000 calories, she exercises for four to five consecutive hours. The only rest he has is on Sundays.
"It doesn't have to be four or five hours straight, you know? Sometimes I do, but (usually) I stop, rest, drink water," he said.
"I do it when I wake up, sometimes in the evening. I divide the exercise into my time."
It is believed that the model devotes three to four hours a day to sex.
