IPhone Users Now Can See Photos And Videos From ICloud Directly In Windows 11

JAKARTA - Microsoft announced that starting November 9, iCloud Photos can now be directly integrated into the Photo application in Windows 11.

"iCloud Photos is now directly integrated into the Photos app in Windows 11 and is starting today via Microsoft Store updates to the Photos app," wrote Main Product Manager, Windows Inbox App, Dave Grochocki in his announcement.

Grochocki added that this updated Photos application will make it easier for users to manage their photo or video collections. Whether it comes from your phone, camera, or cloud storage: iCloud photos and OneDrive, you can see everything together in one gallery.

iCloud photos themselves were created because Microsoft realizes that many of their subscribers have a collection of photos and videos on iPhone devices, and want to see them on larger screens like PCs.

"This iCloud Photos integration will make it easier for those with iPhones to have direct access to all their valuable memories in one organized place and is another step in our ongoing efforts to make the experience in Windows 11 seamless," he explained.

Before viewing your photos and videos on your iPhone device to PC, make sure you do the following steps.

"This is a great time for Windows 11, we have just launched Windows 11 2022 Updates in 190+ countries around the world. You can see what's new in Windows 11 2022," Grochocki concluded.
