Legal Process For Baim Wong – Paula Domestic Violence Prank Case: Reporter Party Undergoes Investigation At South Jakarta Police
JAKARTA - The South Jakarta Metro Police questioned the reporter Baim Wong regarding the alleged act of making jokes (pranks) about domestic violence (KDRT) on October 1 at the Kebayoran Baru Metro Police.
"That's right, today the reporter Baim Wong has been re-examined on behalf of PP," said Head of the Public Relations Section (Kasi) of the South Jakarta Metro Police AKP Nurma Dewi, as quoted by Antara, Wednesday, November 9.
Nurma said that the investigation team gave 19 questions regarding the case and PP had already answered them.
The police have also examined a number of witnesses and secured a video related to the "prank" by Baim Wong and Paula Verhoeven.
The police have tried to mediate between the two parties by twice asking for information from the reported and the reporter party.

Previously, the artist couple Baim Wong and Paula Verhoeven arrived at the South Jakarta Metro Police to undergo an investigation regarding a "prank" video allegedly violating the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE) on Thursday, October 13.
Baim Wong and Paula face a sentence of one year and four months according to Article 220 of the Criminal Code regarding false reports and other reports of violations of the ITE Law.
