While crossing Jalan Subangjaya, the police who had been stalking his whereabouts immediately carried out an ambush and found a number of evidences of illegal hard drugs. Subsequently re-developed and confiscated more evidence in his house."We have detained the suspect in the Sukabumi City Police Headquarters cell for investigation purposes and we are still developing this case to hunt down the supplier of illegal hard drugs to DB," he added.The suspect's motive was to distribute the illegal hard drugs by pasting or transacting via short messages and meeting in person.The suspect was charged under Article 197 in conjunction with Article 106 paragraph (1) subsidiary Article 196 in conjunction with Article 98 paragraph (2) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health with a maximum prison sentence of 15 years.
