Ngadimulyo Village Apparatus Involved In Corruption ABPD Temanggung, Deputy Regent Of Ngaku Sudah Socialization Anti-Corruption

The Temanggung District Attorney has named Ngadimulyo Village apparatus, Kedu District, as a suspect in the 2019 and 2021 Temanggung Regency APBD financial assistance corruption case worth IDR 379.6 million.

Deputy Regent (Wabup) of Temanggung, Heri Ibnu Wibowo admitted that it had been a long time since his party had socialized corruption prevention to the Temanggung Village apparatus, including the suspects.

"We also have regulations that must be implemented regarding grant funds for the village government," he said in Temanggung, Central Java (Central Java), Tuesday, November 8.

The suspect in this case is the Village Head of Ngadimulyo with the initials HS, Village Secretary Ngadimulyo, former village head Ngadimulyo, and implementer of Ngadimulyo tourism village development.

Heri explained that this corruption case originated from allegations of financial abuse in Ngadimulyo Village. The development specifications do not match the initial design.

"This is then there was a complaint and was arrested by the prosecutor's office, then an investigation was carried out and the suspect appeared in Ngadimulyo Village," he said.

According to him, local governments are prohibited from misappropriating any funds, including social assistance. Heri said this incident should be a lesson for all parties.

"Any assistance that enters the village really must be accompanied, supervised so that it is not misappropriated both in the implementing and in the village government itself," he said.

Heri also firmly supports law enforcement in his area. He said that anyone who contains a criminal element must be investigated.

"Soon the Temanggung Regency Government will enter its 188th anniversary, this must be a milestone in the history of law enforcement," he said.
