3 Suspects Alleged Of Bribe Of The Central Mamberamo Project Ready For Trial, But The Regent Is Still Buron
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has transferred evidence and suspects in the alleged bribery case of the Central Mamberamo project, Papua. The delegation was carried out after investigators finished carrying out their duties.
"The second phase has been completed, namely the submission of the suspect SP et al from the investigation team to the prosecutor's team," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Saturday, October 5.
The suspects whose files have been submitted are the Director of PT Solata Sukses Building, Marten Toding; President Director of PT Bina Karya Raya, Simon Mampang; and Director of PT Bumi Abadi Perkasa Jusiendra Pribadi Pampang. Furthermore, their detention was continued by the prosecutor.
Currently, Simon and Jusiendra are languishing in the KPK detention center Pomdam Jaya Guntur. Meanwhile, Marten is languishing in the KPK Detention Center Kavling C1.
"Delegation of case files and indictments to the Corruption Court will immediately be carried out by the prosecutor's team within 14 working days," said Ali.
In this case, the KPK actually named the Regent of Central Mamberamo Ricky Ham Pagawak as a suspect. However, he is still at large.
Ricky is suspected of running away to Papua New Guinea with the help of TNI members. His name is currently on the wanted list (DPO).
The anti-corruption commission suspects that Ricky received money from contractors who want to get projects in Central Mamberamo. One of them, from Marten, allegedly gave IDR 300 million to billions of rupiah.
