Cases Of Cycling Music Concerts Go Up To The Investigation Level, Organizers Are Threatened With Article 360 Of The Criminal Code

Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Komarudin emphasized that the process of examining witnesses at the music concert was shaking, which was held at Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) Senayan, Central Jakarta, the case had gone up to the investigation level.

"As of today, fingerprints have been fingerprinted. This afternoon we will raise the status to an investigation," said Kombes Komarudin when confirmed, Thursday, November 3.

The Central Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit has also determined a criminal offense against the party in charge of the Berdendang Bergoyang concert at Istora Senayan.

"While negligence caused other people to be injured, Article 360 of the Criminal Code," he said.

Currently, Central Jakarta Metro Police investigators will focus on the case title process.

"Today we will focus on holding the case first. Maybe we will see if more witnesses are needed or not," he said.
