CCTV Footage Of The Special Laskar Attack Has Not Been Released, Police: Still Collected

JAKARTA - The police spoke of the reasons for the lengthy collection of CCTV camera footage that would be used as evidence to corroborate the incident of six special FPI troops guarding Rizieq Shihab who attacked the police. The reason is, the recording is divided into three servers which are currently being assembled into one unit.

"There are indeed 3 series of servers on CCTV, then investigators are still collecting the Cikampek road to extract it," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Tuesday, December 8.

When asked about Jasa Marga's statement which previously stated that the CCTV cameras around KM 50 of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road were experiencing interference at the time of the incident, Yusri was reluctant to comment. He only said that his party was still collecting the CCTV footage.

"Still explored everything I said," he said.

Previously, Yusri said that his party had a CCTV video recording showing the attack of six members of the Special Laskar guards of Rizieq Shihab against members of the Polda Metro Jaya. However, the CCTV footage is still being put together.

"We have to dismantle this," said Yusri.

Yusri said the police were compiling the CCTV footage. Later the recording will become a complete series of events.

With the CCTV footage, it automatically denies the opinion of any party that said the police shot directly at the special guard of Rizieq Shihab's guard.

"There are several CCTVs but some are still being collected," he said.
