The Rights Of The Bogir Remission, Drug Prisoners Who Managed To Escape From Cipinang Prison, Will Be Revocational

JAKARTA - Aditya Egatifyan alias Bokir (25) was given maximum sanctions by the Class 1 Cipinang Prison, East Jakarta, for his reckless act of escaping while serving his sentence at Cipinang Prison, East Jakarta.

"We make sure there is disciplinary guidance and there are sanctions received to those concerned (perpetrators). The rights obtained and received by the inmates (citizens) will be removed or reduced," said Head of the DKI Jakarta Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office, Ibnu Chuldun to VOI, Tuesday, November 1.

Meanwhile, regarding the addition of a sentence to a prisoner named Aditya alias Bokir, Kakanwil was reluctant to explain it because it was not his party's authority.

"The addition of punishment is not the authority of the correctional facility, it will be delegated. However, there are sanctions that will be received by the person concerned, in accordance with applicable regulations," he said.

Although the rights obtained by the convict Aditya alias Bokir will be eliminated, basic rights such as eating, drinking, and health will still be granted by the prison.

"The rights such as getting remissions or pieces of detention will be eliminated. Unless the basic rights to eat, drink and health are still given," he said.

Previously, it was reported that the escape of convict Aditya Egatifyan alias Bokir (25) from Cipinang Class I Prison had ended. Bokir was convicted of a drug case who served a sentence of 14.

But he had only been running for 3 years. However, Bokir was arrested again on Monday night, October 31 at around 22.3o WIB on Jalan Pabuaran, Gang Bedol, Cibinong, at his family's house.
