Take A Look At The Leaks Of The IPhone 12 Design That Looks Like The IPhone 4
JAKARTA - From various reports that have passed by, the iPhone 12 is said to be similar to its predecessor, the iPhone 4, of course, with a more modern design. It's just that some of the latest information says something different.
Quoted from the Independent, at first glance the appearance of the iPhone 12 will quite resemble the iPhone 11. It's just that the shape will be longer and also thinner.
At least that is the claim made by the Japanese website, Macotakara, which claims to have received this information from an Apple distributor. However, the most striking difference lies in the camera combination.
This is clearly contradicting the news previously released by Ming Chi Kuo, a trusted Apple industry analyst who claims to be sourced from component suppliers. Ming-Chi said the iPhone 12 will resemble the iPhone 4. So it's worth waiting for which side is right.
According to Ming-Chi, the new iPhone will have a stainless steel frame, and will use a glass coating on the screen and back of the device.
On the other hand, the iPhone 12 is expected to be the first iPhone series to use four rear cameras. Ming-Chi Kuo said the fourth camera that will adorn the back of the iPhone 12 is the Time-of-Flight (ToF) camera. This ToF camera function is an AR mapping tool (AR Mapping), and can be used for portrait models in video.
This ToF camera will be juxtaposed with wide, ultrawide and telephoto cameras. This camera technology has actually been used by several other flagship phones such as the Galaxy Note 10 Plus, which can measure depth of field with objects more accurately.
As for the notch, it doesn't seem like it will disappear from the iPhone 12, but its size will be significantly reduced. Even though the size is smaller, the TrueDepth sensor for FaceID will still function normally.

The iPhone 12 is rumored to be supported by Qualcomm X55 5G modem chip technology with a 120Hz refresh rate. The first 5G chip from Qualcomm supports all major frequency bands, operating modes and network deployments. Rumors are circulating that Apple will also use the ProMotion technology that has already been embedded in the iPad Pro.
Another rumor is that Apple has produced a 5-nanometer chip that will be used in the upcoming 2020 iPhone lineup. The 5-nanometer process will also produce a smaller, faster and more efficient battery due to improved thermal management. The processor iPhone 12 will also be equipped with an A14 chip.
In the RAM sector, analyst Blayne Curtis believes that the iPhone 12 Pro will have 6GB of RAM, while the iPhone 12 is only 4GB, similar to the previous generation iPhone 11.
However, there has been no clear leak regarding the battery sector on the iPhone 12, but it is claimed that Apple will immerse in a special battery protection that is 50 percent smaller and thinner than the previous generation iPhone.
Apple plans to release the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro in September 2020. Reportedly, this iPhone will be launched in two models, namely Sub-6GHz and Sub-6GHZ Plus MM. Regarding price, until now no one has succeeded in guessing this product from Cupertino, United States.
