Bring Sickles And Machetes, Gangs Of Minors Stabbed A 15-Year-Old Kids Just For Bravado

SERANG - The Serang Police, the Banten Police, have again managed to secure three teenagers suspected of molesting minors in the Cikeusal sub-district, Serang district.

Serang Police Chief AKBP Yudha Satria said the disclosure of this case was a follow-up to reports that a child had serious injuries to his right hand as a result of being stabbed with a sickle last Friday, October 28.

"The victim suffered a stab wound to the right hand as a result of the actions of delinquents in Katupang Jati Village, Sukamaju Village, Cikeusal, Serang Regency. The victim's initials MA (15)," said Yudha in his statement, Monday, October 31.

Based on the results of the investigation, the Serang Police Satreskrim Resmob Team and the Cikeusal Police Criminal Investigation Unit managed to secure eight teenagers suspected of being the perpetrators.

"Alhamdulillah, thanks to the team's quick action, the team managed to catch a number of perpetrators. The results of the examination of the suspects, the investigators named three people as suspects AN (15), DE (16), and MM (15). While the other five teenagers were returned to their parents, they were examined as witnesses," said Yudha.

After the examination, no other motive was found other than the arrogant action of the gang of perpetrators.

"For the motive of the perpetrators, they only joined in and wanted to be brave, but then they became victims of violence," he added.

Furthermore, Yudha said that his party is still pursuing two other people involved in this case. The two people have been included in the wanted list (DPO).

The process of determining the suspect was accompanied by a number of evidence in the form of a short machete with a brown wooden handle with an iron sheath, a short sickle with a black handle, and 2 black jackets.

"For the perpetrators, we apply Article 80 paragraph 2 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection and Article 2 paragraph 1 of the Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951," he explained.

Yudha asked the perpetrators to immediately surrender before the officers came to the house whose address was known.
