Cipinang Prison Drug Dealer Convict Escapes, East Jakarta Police Haven't Received Report
JAKARTA - The East Jakarta Metro Police have yet to receive a report regarding the escape of drug traffickers from the Class 1 Cipinang Prison, East Jakarta.
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for East Jakarta Metro Police AKBP Ahsanul Muqaffi when confirmed by VOI, said that as of Monday afternoon, October 31, his party had not received the report.
"There has been no coordination from Cipinang Prison with the East Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit," said AKBP Ahsanul Muqaffi when confirmed by VOI, Monday, October 31.
As is known, the inmate named Aditya Egatifyan alias Bokir (25) is a drug prisoner who has served 3 years in prison. Aditya was arrested for being involved in a drug case and sentenced to 14 years in prison.
After serving 3 years in prison, Aditya alias Bokir finally decided to escape from Class 1 Cipinang Prison, East Jakarta. Aditya alias Bokir fled after Maghrib prayers on Saturday night, October 29.

The escape of the narcotics convict was also caught on a CCTV camera located in the Cipinang Class 1 prison area, East Jakarta.
Head of East Jakarta Cipinang Class 1 Kalapas, Tony Nainggolan, said the escape of one inmate from Cipinang Class 1 Prison had been reported to the East Jakarta Metro Police.
"We have reported it to the East Jakarta Police and Jatinegara Police. It happened yesterday (Saturday, October 29) after the evening prayer," he said when confirmed by VOI, Sunday, October 30, evening.
