TGIPF: The Autopolation Of Victims Of The Ganges Tragedy Will Be Held On November 5
JAKARTA Member of the Independent Fact Finding Joint Team (TGIPF) Akmal Marhali confirmed that the autopsy of victims of the Kanjuruhan tragedy will be carried out on November 5.
This certainty was conveyed by Akmal in his latest upload on Instagram on Saturday, October 29. This autopsy was carried out to uphold justice as desired by many of the victims' families.
Earlier on Friday, the Aremania Joint Team (TGA) visited the East Java High Prosecutor's Office to urge the autopsy process. They asked the prosecutor's office to immediately encourage the police.
"The main focus of TGIPF is to thoroughly investigate theceruhan Tragedy. On November 5 there will be an autopsy on the victim to uphold justice," wrote Akmal.
In addition, Akmal also highlighted PSSI's plan to accelerate the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) in accordance with the decision at the emergency meeting which was attended by 12 members of the Executive Committee (Exco) on Friday night.
Akmal said that the KLB did not follow TGIPF's recommendations in the report to President Joko Widodo on October 14, but rather according to the constitutional mechanism of the PSSI Statute.
"KLB is the constitutional right of PSSI along with its members. And, that is the domain of PSSI in the sphere of a football family. Outside parties cannot interfere. But, it must be noted and underlined that KLB is not the goal of TGIPF recommendations," he wrote.
He explained whether or not there was an outbreak, the legal process (the convict) was still ongoing. Anyone who is later proven guilty must receive punishment according to the level of guilt.
"Once again, KLB is not the focus of TGIPF's work. That is the domain of PSSI together with voters based on their constitution. TGIPF still has to focus and oversee the complete investigation of the Flood Tragedy," he concluded.
The tragedy of Kanjuruhan has claimed 135 lives so far. The incident made the national football competition stop until there was an in-depth transformation so that the same incident did not happen again.
