The Alleged Immoral File That Was Carried Out By A Construction Worker To A Child In Mataram Was Immediately Examined By The Prosecutor

JAKARTA - Investigators from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Mataram Police, West Nusa Tenggara, immediately transferred files on the handling of cases of alleged immorality against children with the suspect a builder with the initials FH (37) to the research prosecutor.

"We are targeting that next week the immoral case file will enter the prosecutor's research stage," said Head of the Mataram Police Satreskrim Police Commissioner Kadek Adi Budi Astawa in Mataram, Thursday, October 27, as reported by Antara.

Investigators from the Women and Children Protection Unit (PPA) have named FH as a suspect in the alleged immoral case against this child based on the results of the case title.

Kadek Adi ensured that the evidence collected from a series of investigations had strengthened FH's role as the perpetrator.

"In addition to the information from the reporter and the victim's confession, there is also evidence of the results of the post-mortem and expert testimony," he said.

As a suspect, investigators suspect FH with Article 81 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 76D of Law Number 17/2016 concerning Stipulation of Presidential Regulation in Lieu of Law No. 1/2016 concerning the second amendment to Law No. 23/2002 concerning Child Protection.

With the handling of this case, Kadek Adi appealed to parents to be more protective in supervising their child's interactions.

"It is also important for parents to maintain communication with their children. What is a daily activity for children needs to be known by parents in order to avoid bad things," said Kadek Adi.
