Sexuallogs Call Young People Today Potentially Naturalized Sexual Disorders

JAKARTA -Sexologist dr. Boyke Dian Nugraha said at least 30 percent of young people or those under 40 years of age have the potential to experience sexual disorders.

"I see about one in two or three, potentially, this is because of an unhealthy lifestyle," said Dr. Boyke.

Factors that trigger sexual function disorders are caused by unhealthy eating patterns, lack of exercise intensity, smoking, consuming alcohol, lack of sleep or rest, and high stress levels.

"This results in sexually affecting, such as erectile or impotence dysfunction, for example, high-fat and body fat foods cause narrowing of blood vessels, while having an erection requires smoothing of blood flow," he said, as reported by ANTARA.

The potential for sexual harassment to society is now also estimated to increase by around 50 percent when compared to before the millennial era, or under 2000.

To avoid these risks, said Dr. Boyke, people need to increase awareness of healthy lifestyles, such as balancing food needs and intake, reducing food consumption that triggers blood sugar levels, cholesterol and the causes of toxins in the body.

People today also have to get used to regular exercise every week, and most importantly manage stress so that there is no prolonged stress frequency.

"Now there are also herbal health products to help increase stamina, this can also be consumed. But if this cannot also help with sexual disorders, then consult a doctor," he said.
