JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court (PN) has finished holding the 8th witness examination trial in the obstruction case of investigation (Obstruction of Justice) of Brigadier J's premeditated murder with the defendant AKP Irfan Widyanto, today, Wednesday, October 26.
The eight witnesses presented were Abdul Zapar, Marjuki, Tjong Djuungung or Afung, Supriyadi, Aditya Cahya, Tomser Kristianata, M Munafri Bahtiar and Arie Cahya Nugraha.
In this case, each witness gave information about the story and Ferdy Sambo's anger after the murder of Brigadier J on July 8, 2022. What is the story of the witnesses?

1. Recognition of the complex Security that was blocked by members of the National Police when they wanted to report RT
Abdul Zapar, who is the Secretary of the Duren Tiga Police Complex, testified that he was prevented by 3-5 members of the National Police when he wanted to report to the head of the RT. This was done, because the Polri personnel intended to replace the DVR with the excuse of improving the quality of the image.
After he wanted to change the DVR, I came out asking for permission to report to the RT and they came to me "Where are you going, sir? I want to report to the RT because I want to change the DVR," said Abdul Zapar in the South Jakarta District Court courtroom, Wednesday, October 26.
"He explained to improve the quality of the image. Even though the change must be the responsibility of the RT. He said, "It's not necessary, we are also the police," he continued.
Meanwhile, the defendant AKP Irfan Widyanto denied that he was blocking witness Zapar from meeting with the head of the RT.
"The first object. It is said to be in the way. In fact, it allows contacting the head of the RT," said Irfan.
2. Three DVRs confiscated from the Duren Tiga Blank Police Complex, without recorded data
Aditya Cahya, who is a member of the National Police and a special team in this case, was also a witness in the follow-up trial of the defendant AKP Irfan Widyanto at the South Jakarta District Court (PN), Wednesday, October 26.
Aditya revealed that the three CCTV DVRs at the Duren Tiga Police complex were secured by the Timsus in an empty state or did not display a recorded image in the housing complex.
"After finding out it was empty, we reported it to the leadership, then the leadership consolidated to conduct a small criminal title what had happened. After that, it was decided to make a police report regarding the loss of public-owned electronic evidence at the Duren Tiga Police Complex," Aditya Cahya explained in his testimony.
He revealed that the initial information on the vacancy of the CCTV DVR was conveyed by Kompol Heri who served as the examining evidence. Armed with this information, Aditya Cahya came to the Police Complex Satpam Post.
At the Satpam Post, Aditya Cahya received information from Marzuki as the complex security guard about the box where the DVR was stored. Aditya Cahya then matched the box with the DVR at the Police Center for Laboratory.
"When I matched the box with the DVR at the Forensic Laboratory Center, it was the same that we got one fact, the object at the post which turned out to have no contents, after that we reported it to the leadership and investigators," he added.
3. Acay was ordered by Sambo to remove the body of Brigadier J
AKBP Ari Cahya alias Acay, who was asked to be a witness in the obstruction case to the investigation into the murder of Brigadier J with the defendant AKP Irfan Widyanto, gave information about him being asked to remove the body of Brigadier J.
The order began when he saw the body of Brigadier J lying near the stairs of Ferdy Sambo's official residence in Duren Tiga Complex, South Jakarta.
Not long after, an ambulance came to Duren Tiga's house. Then, from the bottom of a medical officer who was going to carry Brigadier J's body. "Then what was sent by the ambulance officer was a safe and rescue stretcher," he said. Then, the officer entered the body with Ferdy Sambo into the house. Brigadier J's body was put into the body bag. At that time, Apay was ordered to help lift the body bag into the ambulance.
"Then Pak Ferdy Sambo got inside with the ambulance officer and called me 'Cay, please help lift the body," he said.
4. Before lifting the body, Acay saw Ferdy Sambo talking seriously via his cellphone
Before Brigadier J's body was transported into an ambulance, Apay saw Ferdy Sambo calling seriously near the trees of his house. But Acay did not know who the person was talking to Ferdy Sambo at the time.
"I got out, I went to the garage, I could be there because I'm not the investigator. I was organized, I saw Mr. FS calling under the tree, so there was a park. He called there for a long time and I don't know who to call," said Acay in the courtroom at the South Jakarta Court, Wednesday, October 26.
