Lion Air Vessel Fired After Off Lands, Air Nav Explains The Chronology

JAKARTA - Many on social media Lion Air aircraft experience engine problems after taking off or taking off from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang, Banten, Wednesday afternoon, October 26.

AirNav Indonesia released the chronology of the incident that happened to Lion Air with flight code JT330. The plane serves flights on the Jakarta-Palembang route.

AirNav Indonesia Corporate Secretary Rosedi explained that the plane took off from Soekarno-Hatta Airport at 17.13 WIB. One minute later, AirNav received a report of a complaint on the aircraft engine.

Rosedi said the disturbance in question was on the left side of the Boeing B738 fleet, where the aircraft engines caught fire and emitted fires.

According to Rosedi, the pilot also asked for permission to land again at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.

Furthermore, he said, 30 minutes later since the incident, the Lion Air plane managed to land again at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.

"17,46 (WIB), the plane landed safely at Soekarno-Hatta Airport," he said in his statement, Wednesday, October 26.

Previously, it was crowded on social media that the Lion Air plane had problems with the left engine after taking off.

In his post, Radio Elshinta explained that the Lion Air aircraft code JT330 was reported to have returned to Soekarno-Hatta Airport, shortly after taking off or taking off.
