Security Claims To Be Prevented By Members When Wanting To Report Mr. RT There Are Police Members Who Want To Fix CCTV
JAKARTA - Abdul Zapar as Secretary of the Duren Tiga Police Complex testified to the obstruction case of the investigation (Obstruction of Justice) of the defendant AKP Irfan Widyanto.
He revealed that at that time there were 3-5 police officers intending to replace the DVR with the excuse of improving the quality of the image. At that time, Abdul had wanted to report to the head of the RT, regarding a police officer who wanted to replace the DVR.
After he wanted to change the DVR, I came out asking for permission to report to the RT and they came to me "Where are you going, sir? I want to report to the RT because I want to change the DVR," said Abdul Zapar in the South Jakarta District Court courtroom, Wednesday, October 26.
"Well, no, sir, we just want to improve the picture," he continued.
Meanwhile, the defendant AKP Irfan Widyanto denied that he prevented witness Zapar from meeting with the head of the RT.
The first object was said to be blocking the head of the RT. In fact, he allowed contacting the head of the RT," concluded Irfan.
For information, the defendant Irfan Widyanto has an important role in the obstruction of investigation or obstruction of Justice in the case of the death of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.
Irfan played a role in replacing the CCTV DVR at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta or the location of the shooting that claimed the life of Brigadier J.
Apparently, bad luck hit Irfan Widyanto. He received orders from his leader, Ari Cahya Nugraha, who was in Bali at that time when he received orders from Hendra Kurniawan to search the CCTV complex.
This was revealed in the trial of reading the indictment against Irfan Widyanto in the case of obstruction of justice at the Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, October 19.
