Warning Visitors Not Live Broadcast, Panel Of Judges Stops Bharada E's Session

JAKARTA - The Panel of Judges at the South Jakarta District Court (PN) in holding the Brigadier J Murder case with the defendant Bharada E had stopped the trial twice because one of the visitors broadcast live or live in court.

"Visitors, please, no one live, if anyone is caught please issue it, obey the law," said Chief Justice Wahyu Iman Santosa Wahyu in the courtroom, Tuesday, October 25.

Shortly thereafter, the Panel of Judges asked the South Jakarta District Court officers to carry out a check. Then after a while, the trial took place again.

"According to the agreement during coordination with Poll TV friends for witness statements, it is not live, or live but there is no sound," said Djuyamto.

When asked why he was not allowed, Djuyamto was reluctant to explain. However, he ensured that it was under the authority of the Panel of Judges.

"Specific reasons are the authority of the panel concerned," he concluded.
