Hashim Djojohadikusumo, who had time to process a permit for his company, PT Bima Sakti Mutiara or now known as PT Bima Sakti Bahari, is also suspected of being involved in monopolistic practices in the case of alleged export permit bribery.

As is known, Hashim is the main commissioner in this company. Meanwhile, his son, Rahayu Saraswati Djojohadikusumo, is the main director.

Uneasy because he was linked with the bribery case for the lobster seed export license that lured Edhy Prabowo, Hashim appointed Hotman Paris Hutapea as his legal representative. Hotman was not alone, Rahayu Saraswati participated in accompanying him.

Hotman Paris emphasized that until now the company owned by Hashim, namely PT Bima Sakti Mutiara, does not yet have or is still waiting for the completion of the lobster seed export license. This means that the company has not yet exported.

Hotman's statement also denies the issue of cronyism related to lobster seed exports. Given that, of the several companies appointed as exporters, one of them is a company owned by Hashim.

"The point is, that Mr. Edhy's arrest on suspicion of bribing the export of these fry has nothing to do with the Hashim family company. Because the permit has not been obtained until now," he said, in a press conference at Jet Sky Cafe, Pantai Mutiara, Penjaringan Jakarta. North, Friday, December 4.

In his explanation, Hotman said that the company owned by Hashim still needed equipment to obtain a permit to export lobster seeds. However, he admitted, the company had already obtained a permit for lobster cultivation.

Furthermore, he also admitted that he only found out about the company some time ago. Hashim said that he was greatly disadvantaged by the existence of the company and its perpetrators.

"That there is a company called ACK, I just found out last Thursday that there was a cargo permit company ACK. I only found out one day later that there was a permit company. I also just found out on Thursday. I convey this so that there is clarity. We feel sacrificed," he explained.

Hashim asked Edhy to open a lobster seed export license

Hashim Djojohadikusumo admitted that he had asked the former Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Edhy Prabowo to open as many lobster seed export permits as possible. He reasoned that monopolistic practices would not occur in the business.

Hashim denies being one of the lobster seed exporters

Although asking Edhy to open up a quota of lobster seed export of 100 companies, Hashim admitted that his company, namely PT Bima Sakti Mutiara or currently with PT Bima Sakti Bahari, is not included in the list of 65 companies that have pocketed export permits.

"We applied for a permit for lobster cultivation, that was in May. A month later, we received a letter of determination for lobster cultivation. Not lobster export, cultivation. With four requirements, we can only export lobsters. But until now (we) have not exported. lobster. I want to straighten this out, "he said.

On the other hand, Hashim admitted that he only knew that there was a cargo monopoly in the fry export business when Edhy Prabowo was arrested by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in connection with

The alleged bribery case for issuing the lobster seed export license.

In a similar vein, Rahayu Saraswati emphasized that her company had never received a permit to export lobster seeds. PT Bima Sakti Mutiara just obtained a permit for lobster cultivation.

"We are not exporters because until now we have not obtained the permit. Because there are still requirements that must be met, which until now we have not received the documents. Even though we have carried out cultivation, it is just starting," he explained.

Furthermore, Sarah said, she and her family had been doing cultivation since 1986. At that time, the cultivation was carried out in pearl cultivation. Meanwhile, lobster cultivation has just started and the permit will be issued on June 15, 2020.
