Motorcycle Gangs Who Are Worried About Jambi Residents Killed By Youth Groups
JAKARTA - A member of a motorcycle gang whose actions disturbed Jambi City residents was killed by a sharp weapon. The victim died as a result of clashes with a group of youths in the Telanaipura area, Jambi City.
"The attack carried out by a group of teenagers using sharp weapons, which is suspected of being a motorbike gang group, took place again in Jambi City, and one of its members died as a result of the clash that occurred early Saturday morning," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Jambi Police, AKP Handreas, as reported by Antara, Saturday, 5 December.
The incident began when the motorcycle gang attacked residents of Lorong Purna Wira, Jalan Sing Makinge, Sungai Putri Village, Danau Sipin District at 01.00 WIB.
Then, the group allegedly came from Lorong Karamunting with approximately 30 people who came to the youth group in Lorong Purna Wira.
Not long after, the two groups clashed and attacked each other using sharp weapons.
At the time of the attack that was carried out by the motorcycle gang group there was a victim who died from a stab wound.
"Yes, it is true that the incident last night was allegedly carried out by a motorcycle gang, there was one victim who died with the initials AF (16) alias Tebek, a resident of Lebak Village, Bandung, Jelutung District, the victim suffered an injury to the right chest," Handreas said.
For this incident, to date, two residents of Karang Munting and four residents of Lorong Purna Wira have been arrested by the Telanaipura Police Criminal Investigation Unit.
"Yes, someone was secured at the Telanaipura Police and is currently still in the process of investigating," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit at the Jambi Police, Handreas.
