Irbanko Jakpus Will Come To The LH Sub-Department Regarding The Allegation Of Waste Purchasing Extortion

The polemic of the practice of alleged illegal levies (extortion) experienced by domestic waste cart pullers at the Central Jakarta Environment Agency (Sudin LH) continues to roll.

Currently, this problem has been known by the Central Jakarta Sub-City Inspectorate (Irbanko). Irbanko Central Jakarta immediately examined the alleged perpetrator of the practice of alleged illegal levies.

"Because it's crowded in the media, that's why we want to confirm this. We want to know what the story is like," said Head of the Central Jakarta Irbanko Sub-dept., Bernard Simatupang, Friday, October 21.

Bernard stated that his party would visit the Central Jakarta LH Sub-dept. office to confirm the practice of extortion.

In addition, Bernard also asked the Central Jakarta LH Sub-Department not to commit extortion in any form. It is very not justified regarding extortion because it violates the rules.

Previously, it was reported that the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta, Heru Budi Hartono, would summon the sub-district head, Head of the Central Jakarta Environmental Sub-dept. (Kasudin) to the Head of the LH area regarding the practice of illegal levies on pulling garbage carts in the Cempaka Putih and Johar Baru areas.

"I will summon the sub-district head, Kasudin and the Head of the LH area regarding the extortion information," said Heru Budi Hartono to reporters at the Regional Health Laboratory (Labkesda) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, Thursday, October 20.

Heru said that his party would take action against individuals involved in extortion, be it the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) or other Individual Service Providers (PJLP). Moreover, against ASN there are sanctions for dispilin if they are caught committing extortion.
