JCI Is Increasingly Falling, Opened To Weaken To 6,111.22
JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) opened trading on Tuesday, January 28, and continued to fall. JCI fell 22.99 points or 0.38 percent to 6,110.22.
At the opening this morning, no stocks rose, 29 stocks fell, and 16 stocks were stagnant. Trade transactions reached Rp. 22.3 billion from 6.26 million shares traded.
The LQ45 index fell 6.21 points or 0.6 percent to 997.58, the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) index fell 2.82 points or 0.4 percent to 665.67, the IDX30 index fell 3.47 points or 0.6 percent to 546.09, and the MNC36 index fell 2.01 points or 0.6 percent to 346.19.
Binaartha Sekuritas analyst, M. Nafan Aji Gusta Utama, predicts that the JCI today will continue its correction. "There is a potential for bearish continuation in the JCI movement so that it has the opportunity to go to the support area," he said.
The first and second supports have a range of 6,119.42 to 6,086.00. Meanwhile, the first and second resistance ranges from 6,149.02 to 6,190.52.
As for a number of share recommendations that he thinks can be considered by investors, including PT Astra International Tbk (ASII), PT Astra Otopart Tbk (AUTO), PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI), PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP), PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF) and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM).
This morning, the stocks that experienced the fastest rising movement (top gainers) included, shares of PT Ginting Jaya Energi Tbk (WOWS) rose IDR 26 or 18.71 percent to IDR 165, shares of PT Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk (POLY) rose IDR 8 or 14.55 percent to Rp63, and shares of PT Repower Asia Indonesia Tbk (REAL) rose Rp42 or 12.43 percent to Rp380.
Meanwhile, top losers, namely PT Perdana Karya Perkasa Tbk (PKPK) fell IDR10 or 12.05 percent to IDR73, shares of PT Bima Sakti Pertiwi Tbk (PAMG) decreased IDR8 or 4.88 percent to IDR 156, and shares of PT Eagle High Plantations Tbk (BWPT) fell IDR6 or 4.8 percent to IDR119.
