PSSI Melakukan Pertemuan Dramatis Dengan FIFA, Ada Input Evaluasi Internal Organisasi

PSSI held a meeting with FIFA President, Gianni Infantino, on Tuesday, October 18, afternoon. In this meeting, the PSSI General Chair, Mochamad Iriawan, and the Executive Committee (Exco) were present.

Exco member Vivin Cahyani Sungkono said the meeting that took place at the PSSI Office was dramatic and emotional. The reason is, everyone is in a feeling of sadness and concern regarding the Malang Ferry Tragedy.

He said that this is the first time that the President of FIFA has come to Indonesia to celebrate victory. "But it is related to heartbreaking events," Vivin said, as quoted by Antara.

Vivin continued, FIFA stated their commitment to helping Indonesia in fixing football after the deadly incident at the Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang.

In addition, FIFA will also provide input on the internal evaluation of the PSSI organization.

"In the next few days, a thorough evaluation will be carried out in a good organizational manner," said Vivin.

He stated that his party will also focus on organizing the U-20 World Cup next year. PSSI wants to make sure everyone competing feels a safe and comfortable atmosphere.

"All supporters can also enjoy the match happily because that is the real rule of football," said the Exco PSSI member.
