Bharada E Does Not Implement Exceptions, The Legal Team Calls The Indictment Cermat
JAKARTA - The defendant Bharada Richard totaling Pudihang or Bharada E did not file a memorandum of objection or exception. The reason is that the indictment prepared by the public prosecutor (JPU) is thorough and complete.
"There are several notes that we are advisoring to the law, here the indictment is correct and careful. We have decided not to file an exception," said Bharada E's legal adviser, Ronny Talapessy in the South Jakarta District Court courtroom, Tuesday, October 18.
With no exception, the panel of judges decided to continue the trial with the agenda of examining witnesses.
The plan is that the trial will reopen on Tuesday, October 25. Later, dozens of witnesses will be presented, such as the family of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J to Kamaruddin Simanjuntak.
"We will summon all of them. For next Tuesday there will be 12 witnesses," said the presiding judge
For information, Bharada Richard totaling Pudihang or Bharada E is one of the suspects in the murder case of Brigadier J. He is said to be the shooter.
In this case, the Public Prosecutor charged Richard totaling Pudihang Lumiu with the primary indictment of Article 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
