Offer KPR Fixed Rate 2.47 Percent At Expo Property 2022, BTN Targets Sales Of IDR 1 Trillion

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk is optimistic that it can achieve a sales target of IDR 1 trillion in the 2022 BTN Properti Expo which will take place simultaneously in six cities in Indonesia.

Director of Consumer BTN Hirwandi Gafar said, BTN Properti Expo 2022 is a residential exhibition for formal and informal workers with housing loans (KPR) interest starting at 2.47 percent and a credit period of up to 30 years.

"Through BTN Properti Expo, we provide mortgage interest starting at 2.47 percent both for formal and informal workers. We are optimistic that the target is achieved because we understand very well, the need for a home as the safest place is still very high," Hirwandi said in a statement quoted by Antara, Monday, October 17.

Hirwandi said that the needs of houses in Indonesia are still very high, both for the first house and as an investment. BTN, continued Hirwandi, seeks to meet these needs with an affordable installment scheme for the Indonesian people, especially for low-income people.

He added, at the exhibition, Indonesians are free to choose the best property from BTN's preferred development partners, free of complicated submission requirements, free of mortgage process fees, and free from sudden concerns about installments rising. The reason is, BTN presents more than 200 developers with a total of about 500 selected residential projects at the exhibition.

Then, there are several interest schemes offered. The public can enjoy mortgage interest starting 2.47 percent fixed interest rate or one year fixed rate with interest increases in stages the following year. The interest rate applies to developers or developers who provide interest subsidies.

The exhibition also offers free provision of provision fees, administrative costs, and appraisal fees. In addition, BTN also offers life insurance discounts starting at 7.7 percent. BTN also provides the option of combining mortgage process fees into credit ceilings.

Hirwandi also said the simultaneous exhibition was held to stimulate the housing property market. With the stretch of the national property market, Hirwandi continued, it will have an impact on encouraging the use of local materials and national economic growth.

"The housing sector has a multiplier effect to 174 other sub-sectors ranging from ceramics, cement, tiles, to the economy of the community around the housing sector that was built. We hope that this effort to encourage the property market can have an impact on the national economy," said Hirwandi.

Meanwhile, BTN Properti Expo 2022 will be held on 17-23 October 2022 in six cities simultaneously. The exhibition venues include Paskal Hyper Square in Bandung, Tangcity Mall in Jakarta, Grand City Mall in Surabaya, Center Point Mall in Medan, Ambassador Mall in Banjarmasin, and Pakuwon Mall in Yogyakarta.

Meanwhile, until August 2022, BTN recorded distribution of Subsidized and Non-Subsidized mortgages of around IDR 198.65 trillion. This position increased by about 7 percent from IDR 185.88 trillion in August 2021.
