Makassar Pilkada Debate: None Limpo, ADAMA, Deng Ical Show Off Each Other's Program To Handle COVID-19
JAKARTA - Candidate pairs in the Makassar Pilkada show each other their COVID-19 handling program. Candidates for mayor and vice mayor have mapped the current conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic to create a handling program on a city scale.
The demonstration of the COVID-19 handling program was delivered when the panelists through the moderator asked about the latest conditions in handling the new corona virus. The Makassar Pilkada debate panelists explored the candidate pair program related to the facts that happened, namely the number of doctors and nurses who died in the field of handling COVID-19.
Candidate pair number 4 Irman Yasin Limpo-Andi Zunnun (IMUN) said there were 3 phases when the COVID-19 pandemic occurred in Indonesia. The first phase is a condition where everyone experiences fear so that all information including COVID-19 prevention equipment is purchased.
The second phase, according to Irman Yasin Limpo or None Limpo, the community has separated true or false information. In this phase, the government has also prioritized handling COVID-19, be it hospital treatment or independent isolation.
"(Third) the developing and adaptive phase as it is now. We have launched a program including how artificial intelligence is involved in handling COVID. Keep your distance, enough with our HP early warning system, want to be close to one meter sound by yourself. Want to get into the crowd of thermal scanners on drones in public places. This is an inseparable part of our innovation in building a fast handling of COVID, just educating the RT and education level to be more sensitive to COVID-19, "said None Limpo in the Makassar Pilkada debate broadcast on Youtube KPU Makassar, Friday, December 4.
Meanwhile, candidate pair number 1, M Ramdhan 'Danny' Pomanto-Fatmawati Rusdi talked about the community movement to improve health and economic immunity.
"During a pandemic, it is not enough just to implement the 3M and 3T health protocols (testing, tracing, treatment), more importantly awareness and prevention, starting from a small scope-based tunnel that detects early,"
Fatmawati Rusdi
Meanwhile, candidate pair number 3 in the Makassar Pilkada, Syamsu Rizal-Fadli Ananda (DILAN), said that the pattern of overcoming COVID-19 was based on the principle of triangle trust.
"There is the government, community participation, and of course health workers. Of course, we don't want to let the community figure out what to do on their own, the government must intervene to determine community-based integrated preparedness, "said Syamsu Rizal who is familiarly called Deng Ical.
The pattern of city-scale government intervention called Deng Ical can be carried out at the education level and the neighborhood scale RT.
"So we plan healthy RT / RW, disaster prepared school," said Deng Ical.
