Letter Of Indictment: Defendant Ferdy Sambo Kasih Order To Brigadier General Hendra 'Delete' Incidents In Magelang

JAKARTA - The former Head of the Propam Polri Division, Ferdy Sambo, was charged with making a scenario to obscure the premeditated murder of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. He ordered Karo Paminal Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan to "eliminate" the incident in Magelang.

Originally, the incident in Magelang was an act of harassment by Brigadier J against Putri Candrawathi.

The order began when Ferdy Sambo, Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan and Brigadier General Benny Ali headed to the third floor of the Provos examination room of the Police Propam Division, South Jakarta on July 8, 2022.

At that time, they were going to meet Bharada Richard totaling aka Bharada E, Bripka Ricky Rizal alias RR, and Strong Ma'ruf.

"Then they agreed on what they were planning for the killing of victim Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat must agree and have one mind," said the prosecutor when reading the indictment in the South Jakarta District Court courtroom, Monday, October 17.

Then, Ferdy Sambo before them expressed his anger. He stated that this problem was deemed to have dropped his self-esteem.

"This is a matter of self-respect, it's useless to have a position and a rank of two stars if the dignity and honor of the family are destroyed because of the behavior of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat," said the prosecutor.

Then, that's when Sambo asked for the incident that occurred in Magelang to be removed. This means that in the investigation process there is no need to investigate the incident

"There is no need to question the incident in Magelang. We agree, we will start from the incident at the Duren Tiga official residence," said the prosecutor.

For information, in the premeditated murder case, not only Ferdy Sambo was named a suspect.

They include Bharada Richard totaling, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Strong Ma'ruf, and Putri Candrawati.

In this case, they are suspected of Article 340 subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
