Indictment Of Ferdy Sambo: Putting On Little Weapons Brigadier J

JAKARTA - The former Head of the Propam Police Division, Ferdy Sambo, was charged with premeditated murder of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. He is said to have alerted Bripka Ricky Rizal to strip Brigadier J.

The order began when Ferdy Sambo was at the official residence in the Duren Tiga Police Complex. He then called Bharada Richard totaling.

At that time he already had plans to kill Brigadier J. So, Ferdy Samba asked Bharada Richard totaling to strip Brigadier J.

"The defendant Ferdy Sambo was the whereabouts of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat's firearm to witness Richard totaling who had been secured by witness Ricky Rizal," said the prosecutor.

All of these things were summarized in Ferdy Sambo's indictment which was read alternately by the prosecutor at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, October 17. The murder of Brigadier J took place at the Ferdy Sambo official residence, Duren Tiga Street, No 46.

"(Ferdy Sambo) said 'Where is Yosua's weapon?' answered witness Richard Taking it 'there, stored in Lexus LM's car," he continued.

Then Ferdy Sambo asked Richard total to take the HS type firearm.

After being taken, the firearm was immediately given to Ferdy Sambo, who was ready to execute Brigadier J using black gloves.

"The defendant Ferdy Sambo used black gloves as part of the implementation of taking the life of the victim Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat," said the prosecutor.

For information, in the premeditated murder case, not only Ferdy Sambo was named a suspect.

They include Bharada Richard totaling, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Strong Ma'ruf, and Putri Candrawati.

In this case, they are suspected of Article 340 subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
