Xiaomi Ensures That Mi 11 Is Powered By The Snapdragon 888 Chipset

JAKARTA - Xiaomi has confirmed that it will launch its newest flagship phone, Mi 11 next year. This flagship phone will be powered by the latest processor from Qualcomm, namely, Snapdragon 888 5G.

Launching from the XDA Developer page, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun has revealed that the latest model of the Mi 10 successor will be launched in January 2021. This was conveyed directly at the Snapdragon Tech Summit 2020 event.

"I am very pleased to inform you that Xiaomi's latest premium 5G smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 888 and will be released in the near future," said Lei Jun.

This Xiaomi boss gives a little idea about the Mi 11, saying that this phone is the latest product that brings many of the best features. Given that the Snapdragon 888 processor used is able to boost cellphone performance.

Rumor has it that the Mi 11 will use a curved display and triple rear cameras. The three rear cameras consist of a 108 MP main camera and support zoom up to 30x.

Comes with a punch-hole design for the front camera, the Mi 11 will carry a Quad HD + resolution screen and a 120Hz refresh rate. For the battery, the Xiaomi Mi 11 will be supported by a 4,900mAh battery.

So far, not only Xiaomi will adopt the latest Qualcomm chipset. OPPO and a number of other brands will also present flagship smartphones with Snapdragon 888 in the first half of 2021.
